A stab at understanding Hawai'i's thorny water issues

Dr. Lawrence Miike is revered in some circles for his comprehensive understanding of Hawai'i water law, and his priceless experience as the hearings officer for both the landmark Waiahole Ditch case on O'ahu and now, the Na Wai 'Eha case on Maui.  Here, you get a good sense of his intellect and his humor.  By the way, he also started the Papa 'Ola Lokahi Hawaiian Health initiative on O'ahu many years ago.
